stop the whining

Ok... it's soap box time. This week has been a week of " I hate my job", "I am tired of working". I have heard it everywhere I go. I wonder if this attitude is why the economy stinks in some places. Maybe its the confession of the people hating their jobs.... so they loose them.... it's a circle. I too get in these ruts from time to time, but I am trying to apply an attitude of thankfulness to battle this syndrome. It's like the weather... when it rains people whine and when we are in a drought people whine. When we are busy we whine and when we are bored we whine. There has to be a place of contentment somewhere. I am so thankful for my job, the business God has intrusted me with. I have spent many hours praying and confessing prosperity and blessing and now it's here... long hard hours of labor, but I shouldn't have expected it to come without a price. Blood, sweat and tears.

Why do so many kingdom people not like their jobs? I have my theory, but that's for another time. Please be thankful for your job... I have a feeling if you need the job you really don't want to be without one.
